Responsibilities- Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care for assigned patients using sound clinical judgment and evidence‑based practices
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes in symptoms or behaviors to the appropriate provider
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and accurately document patient interactions
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout their care journey
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical equipment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced clinical environment
