In Home Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Patients; Trach​/Vent

Position:
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

We are looking for a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide home care services in Columbus, 31909. The role may involve caring for patients ranging from infants to teenagers with high acuity needs, including trach/ventilator support.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred (one year required in GA).
• Must have reliable transportation.
