• Weekdays:
  Mon–Fri, 7a–5p (scheduled clinical hours only)
• Weeknight Call:
  7p–7a (phone/return as needed)
• Weekend Call:
  24-hour, 7a–7a (as scheduled)

• Yes: General Surgery, Endoscopy,
  OB (spinals/epidurals), basic Ortho, basic Vascular, Bariatrics, Uro Gyn, Regional, Spinal/Epidural anesthesia
• No: Open Hearts, Neurosurgery (head/spine), Thoracic, complex Vascular/Ortho
• Population: Primarily adult (minimal peds)

• Certification:
  CRNA (board certified)
• Life Support:
  ACLS, BLS, ABLS (PALS not required)
• Licensure:
  GA or IMLC (no licensing reimbursement)
• Privileges: Hospital/surgery-center privileges not required for this coverage;
  temporary privileges available
• Credentialing: ~
  14 days with a complete file
