- Day shift, 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday
- BSN degree or ADN required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Experience in ER, PC, or Acute Care
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision‑making skills
- HSA’s promote the highest quality of patient care and leadership
- Responsible for the financial, clinical, and administrative human resources systems
- Covering for RN and LPN staff, including backup for the DON
