Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.

• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to standards of practice.
• Maintain quality nursing care through effective management of assigned staff and resources.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state and BCLS certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area, such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or specialized pediatric and surgical certifications.
• New graduates are eligible; prior hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Duties: Provide safe, effective patient care, coordinate team activities and stay current with professional development and certifications relevant to area of practice.
