QualificationsRequires a nursing degree and current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license, along with BLS certification. New graduates are eligible; hospital experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. Advanced certifications in specialty areas are advantageous.
Key DutiesDeliver patient-centered care, uphold professional standards, and oversee care coordination among team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
