Nurse Manager

Incredible Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead and support clinical teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and implement best practices in staffing, workflow, and safety. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, support nurse retention, and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrive in mission-driven, data-informed environments focused on impact and patient outcomes.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of nursing staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations for nursing team members.
• Use digital tools and analytics to monitor staffing metrics, patient outcomes, and workflow efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including Joint Commission and CMS requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to coordinate interdisciplinary care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead and support quality improvement, patient safety, and risk reduction initiatives within assigned units or service lines.
• Contribute clinical subject matter expertise to internal teams developing and refining Incredible Health’s technology platform and hiring solutions.
• Manage operational aspects of nursing units, including resource utilization, staffing plans, and budget-related input.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, supporting career growth, professional development, and engagement.

• BSN required; MSN or related graduate degree preferred
• Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) preferred

• Demonstrated leadership experience in an acute care or similar clinical setting
