Rehabilitation RN

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Oversee nursing and staff care on assigned units/shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on tests, treatments, and medications.
• Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and relay nursing observations.
• Implement emergency responses and provide in-service training.

• Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
• CRRN® certification required; CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• Minimum two years of inpatient hospital experience; rehabilitation experience preferred.

Compassionate, collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in emergency and patient education roles. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and utilize advanced technology for patient care.
