Role Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in the Med Surg unit. The nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to organizational policies and demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Responsibilities include maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring the delivery of quality nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate activities of assigned staff to ensure quality care
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain professional growth and accountability
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate license
- BLS certification required
- Hospital nursing experience preferred; one year for PRN roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Specialty certifications optional
