Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with management experience to serve as a Medical Team Administrator (MTA) at Butts County Jail in Jackson, Georgia.

As the Medical Team Administrator, you'll help oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility while providing hands-on nursing care to the incarcerated patient population.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate, professional nursing care
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Completing assessments, documentation, and follow-up care
• Coordinating patient care with the healthcare team
• Providing day-to-day clinical leadership and staff oversight
• Helping ensure clinical policies and procedures are followed
• Supporting staffing, scheduling, and daily medical operations
• Communicating effectively with patients, facility staff, and the SHP healthcare team
• Serving as a dependable clinical and administrative presence within the facility

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Previous healthcare management or supervisory experience is required
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with the healthcare team
• A commitment to treating every patient with dignity and respect
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• No weekends
• No hospital chaos or mandatory floating
