Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required
• Current physical examination required
• Two-Step TB Test, TB QuantiFERON, or Chest X-Ray required
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Evaluate patient status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of care
