Perform a wide variety of complex inspection procedures and related paperwork, develop expertise to resolving inspection process problems, set-up and operate equipment, perform periodic preventive maintenance, and maintain all required certifications;
Sign off on product inspected;
Conduct daily walk around of equipment, maintain cleanliness of inspection area and be capable of troubleshooting equipment issues;
Communicate with other departments and assist in closure of issues which prevent nonconforming material from disposition and prevent material from final inspection;
Identify nonconformities in process and product, explain those nonconformities, and write detailed descriptions of them for Engineering evaluation
