Position: Gate 2 CX Inspector - Weekend Shift (Onsite)

Work authorization: U.S. Person (lawful permanent resident, protected individual, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or refugee/asylee).

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed inspections of turbine engines, engine modules, and components to ensure compliance with published work instructions, approved technical data, and quality standards.
  • Use a variety of tooling and measurement equipment to inspect engine components and validate proper configuration.
  • Provide complete and accurate documentation to support engine build, including Fits and Clearances, Engine Inspection Report (EIR), and SAP.
  • Meet production and inspection goals and objectives for the facility.
  • Review and complete engine package documentation.
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in an aviation inspection role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ability to identify and resolve configuration and compatibility issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Airframe & Powerplant (A/P) License or Powerplant (P) License.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with turbine engine overhaul, inspection, and repair.
  • Experience with precision measuring tool usage.
  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
    Disassembly, Inspection, Assembly.
