What You Will Do:- Read, interpret, and apply engine manuals, customer work scopes, specifications, and tolerances.
- Perform advanced borescope inspection processes using specialized tooling and precision measurement equipment.
- Accurately document inspection findings and engine configuration data to support engine overhaul and build processes.
- Complete and review technical documentation including Engine Inspection Reports (EIRs), fits and clearances, and SAP transactions.
- Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to support on-time engine delivery and operational excellence.
- Meet production, quality, and inspection goals in a fast-paced FAA-regulated environment.
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of engine overhaul, inspection, maintenance, or repair experience.
- Experience operating borescope inspection equipment and interpreting inspection results.
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate
- Working knowledge of borescope inspection equipment and inspection techniques.
- Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and SAP
