Dr. Mahavir Chougule’s laboratory in the College of Pharmacy at Mercer University is seeking a motivated PharmD student to join a research laboratory focused on molecular biology techniques and formulation development. This position offers hands‑on experience in research and development aimed at developing innovative therapies for human diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with laboratory experiments including formulation development, characterization, cell culture, ELISA, Western blot, and molecular biology techniques.
- Maintain accurate research records.
- Analyze data and support ongoing research projects.
- Current PharmD student with a background in biological and pharmaceutical sciences.
- Prior experience with laboratory techniques such as tissue culture, flow cytometry, protein analysis, and formulation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional ethics and research integrity.
