Our client is hiring Shift Managers for a fast-paced quick service restaurant (QSR). This role is ideal for experienced fast food professionals who can lead teams, manage daily operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
- Coach and motivate team members to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Manage staffing levels and workflow during peak hours
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Support inventory tracking and stock management
- Train new team members and reinforce best practices
- Assist in achieving sales and operational targets
- 2+ years of experience in fast food or quick service restaurant operations
- Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety and operational procedures
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
