Walmart Stores - 5448 Whittlesey Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by reviewing member receipts, assisting with purchasing decisions, and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area and assist with payments, refunds, and exchanges;
Promote Sam's Club products and services and provide guidance on self-service technology;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates and deliver program rollout training
