Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Retail Sales Associate in your area.

• Assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores.
• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Support team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accurately document and report sales; track and communicate all activity.
• Ensure all work stations/kiosks are clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HP products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products and handle objections.
• Strong outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1 year job experience required.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
