Part‑Time Customer Service Team Member s role offers competitive pay ranging from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience, plus bonus potential and benefits. The position provides a structured 7‑day paid training program and ongoing development opportunities for those who bring a passion for service excellence.

• Interact with customers daily, greeting them in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with sales, loan payments, extensions, and pawn transactions for items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Process transactions, including sales, payouts, and cash handling.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful in‑store environment that sets us apart from the competition.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of store merchandise (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales experience, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.
