Logistics Associate

Pay Band: $15.00 - $17.00

Position Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, a Logistics Associate will engage with customers, offering exceptional service while building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, ensuring efficient storage and display. Duties also involve maintaining a clean, safe environment, executing price changes, and preparing eCommerce orders for shipping. Logistics Associates handle customer returns, stay updated on promotions, and champion products and services.

• Engage with every customer and offer world‑class service.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
• Organize and label received merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back‑of‑house and sales floor area.
• Execute all price changes and merchandising bulletins.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping.
• Handle customer returns for online orders, inspecting returned items, processing refunds or exchanges, and updating inventory systems.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Stay up to date on upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events.
• Be a champion of product and service offerings, informing, educating, and promoting them to customers.
• Provide consistent feedback to the Operations Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.

• Communication: Strong listening and interpersonal skills, plus verbal and written communication abilities for cross‑functional interactions.
• Computer: Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution, or similar experience preferred.

Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb up and down a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.

Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training. Candidates should demonstrate strong self‑accountability and a proactive drive for results.
