Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker)

Pay range: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus uncapped bonus potential paid on store and individual performance.
Responsibilities- Process loans and extensions.
- Negotiate satisfactory terms for pawn items.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Supervise and coach store team members.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships.
- Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from competitors.
- Engaging personality with strong negotiation talents.
- Ability to read and manage customer needs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent judgment, strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
- Sales background is a plus.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
