3rd Key

SNIPES, founded in 1998, operates over 750 stores worldwide, serving the global streetwear market.

The 3rd key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures, and other administrative tasks.

• Timely execution and compliance with floor set guides and promotions.
• Leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals.
• Assist with communicating operational goals and directives to maximize team contribution towards the sales plan.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and current floor set.
• Assist in training and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety of associates by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them to the Store/District Manager.
• Properly process register functions and ensure instructions are followed in store.
• Assist in meeting company standards for cleanliness on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies and procedures to staff, and ensure correct implementation.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to lift between 15-30 pounds.
