About the Role
We are looking for friendly, highly motivated people to join our team as Fashion Consultants on a Sales Associate basis. The role involves quickly tagging, hanging, and stocking merchandise, maintaining an organized workplace, and delivering exceptional customer service as we purchase large amounts of inventory daily.
Responsibilities- Tag, hang, and stock merchandise efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Provide friendly and positive customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with daily store preparation and inventory management.
- Excellent at assessing customer interests and needs.
- Knowledgeable about current fashion trends.
- Fast learner.
- Multi‑tasker.
- Preferably 6 months of retail experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Must be available some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Competitive pay ($11.00 – $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience).
