The Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager will oversee the Store’s operations. The Support Lead assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) and sales associates while serving as Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed, including customer service, front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.

- Ensure all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact.
- Achieve CSAT score goals set by the District Manager.
- Lead front end operations.
- Train staff on high-level customer service.
- Ensure every guest has a fast, friendly checkout.
- Maintain store cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with front end operations.
- Perform SM duties in absence.
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop all associates.
- Review corporate communications and respond appropriately.
- Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues.
- Drive store sales and control expenses.
- Assist payroll process and ensure payroll within budget.
- Assist in merchandising procedures.
- Adhere to and enforce SOPs.
- Handle cash procedures, including bank deposits.
- Authorize register functions such as voids, returns, discounts.
- Comply with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, unloading, checking shipments, staging & packing merchandise.
- Drive key metrics: sales, ADS, CSAT scores, expense control.
- Perform store maintenance, including garbage removal, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stockroom upkeep.
- Frequently operate cash register.
- Frequently move merchandise up to 25 lbs and up to 5-10 feet tall.
- Frequently use ladders for stock retrieval.
- Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in stock room and sales floor.
- Frequently communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
- Frequently move across sales floor assisting customers and retrieving stock.
- Identify and follow email and print instructions on merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs.
- Remain stationary upright 80% of the time.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- College experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
