Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Columbus, GA
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations and staff to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of store goals;
Maintain knowledge of products and assist customers across departments;
Monitor inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability;
Promote and sell services and merchandise while upholding company policies and standards;
Provide guidance to employees and customers and direct staff in the Store Manager's absence
