You will make an impact by:
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner.
- Maintaining inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, and be flexible to work in other areas to track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality, prepare products per standards, maintain product safety, follow sanitation guidelines, and comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
- Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, use digital tools, apply perpetual inventory management, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers while meeting customer needs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, value the member's experience, model high quality service and products, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates ranging from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are fully paid by the company.
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, and premiums may add $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
Minimum QualificationsI acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job‑required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
