You will make an impact by:

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintaining inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, and be flexible to work in other areas to track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality, prepare products per standards, maintain product safety, follow sanitation guidelines, and comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, use digital tools, apply perpetual inventory management, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers while meeting customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, value the member's experience, model high quality service and products, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, and premiums may add $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
