Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Fill and dispense online orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining a high level of customer service. Balance online order fulfillment with assistance to in‑store customers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Keep the store organized by stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe work area.

Competitive hourly pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
