As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers flexibility, training, and room to grow.

STARTING RATE: $14.00
HOURLY PAY RANGE: $14.00 – $14.85

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized product advice and ensure they leave satisfied.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: Maintain displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; lifts up to 50 pounds and stays on feet most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and provide a positive checkout experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share insights with customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
