Part-time Processor - Runner

Overview

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers – Columbus, GA, is seeking a hard‑working and dedicated Retail Associate – Processor – Runner. The role involves processing donations with a focus on quality, efficient inventory management, and supporting overall retail operations.

• Stocks store shelves in a neat, orderly manner.
• Rotates merchandise on a color‑coded system.
• Identifies quality donations, ensures they are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Achieves production goals and outcomes based on the quality and quantity of donations.
• Assists in other areas of the store as requested by leadership.

A part‑time position averaging 20–25 hours per week. Hours and days may fluctuate with business needs. Availability required for any shift Monday through Sunday.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

• Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
