Position: Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) - Cincinnati, OH

Role Overview

Seasonal – part‑time “Brick Specialist” on the LEGO® Brand Retail team. Deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages by engaging guests, operating the cash register, maintaining a clean and visually engaging store, and supporting stockroom operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest professionally, graciously and engagingly, and provide a signature experience.
  • Perform all cash register functions accurately.
  • Execute daily cleaning duties, maintain store displays, and uphold LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to L  standards, comply with safety regulations and report shortages.
  • Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as the business demands.
  • Freely access all store areas, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas and the loading dock.
  • Meet physical requirements: continuous movement, reaching, shouting, hearing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders and lifting up to 30lbs.
Qualifications
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of communicating effectively with team members and guests.
  • Comfortable using a register system.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Self‑driven and willing to learn LEGO Brand Retail visual standards and mandatory mandatory mandatory procedures.
