About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, drive measurable outcomes, and lead accounts with strategic clarity.

This is not a reactive support role.

This position sits at the intersection of client success, marketing strategy, and revenue growth. You will ensure that what we sell translates into real-world results — and that those results turn into long‑term retention, expansion, and advocacy.

You will be the primary strategic contact for assigned clients. That means leading conversations, guiding direction, protecting expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring execution aligns with promises.

This role requires confidence, commercial awareness, and leadership presence. You will not simply manage accounts — you will lead them.

Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategy
  • Own client relationships from onboarding through long‑term partnership
  • Lead strategy conversations tied to marketing performance and revenue outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between sales promises and operational execution
  • Guide clients toward data‑driven decisions, not emotional reactions
  • Set, manage, and reinforce expectations clearly and confidently
Revenue & Growth Focus
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Recognize expansion signals within accounts
  • Protect retention by proactively addressing risk
  • Understand marketing KPIs, pipeline health, and sales performance indicators
  • Partner with sales to support renewals and growth conversations
Team Leadership & Internal Alignment
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Provide direction and clarity to delivery teams
  • Escalate and resolve issues before they impact relationships
  • Maintain fairness across stakeholders while advocating for client success
  • Lead internal conversations when client direction requires adjustment
  • Proactively identify challenges before they become problems
  • Address difficult conversations directly and constructively
  • Make judgment calls when needed — even without perfect information
  • Ensure forward momentum in every account
Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications
  • Experience in client success, account management, sales, or marketing strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow revenue within accounts
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Ability to lead multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Proven accountability and follow‑through
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales and marketing teams
  • Comfort owning revenue retention and expansion metrics
