Equipment Rental Specialist

Inside Sales Representative

Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. Serve as the first line of contact, understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and provide strong administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Take inbound calls and in‑person inquiries regarding equipment rentals.
• Assess customer equipment requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate and place rental orders in the company system.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and follow up with customers as needed.
• Deliver professional customer service at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of DOT qualification process preferred.
• Spanish or other bilingual language skills may be preferred in some locations.

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50lbs or more.
• Work indoors and outdoors as required.

$20.31 – $24.12 per hour (starting rate may vary based on location, education, experience).
