This Role Is for Closers

We are hiring a results‑driven Outside B2B Sales Representative to aggressively grow revenue through corporate partners. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to hunt and win business through cold calling and networking, follows up relentlessly, and knows how to turn opportunities into closed deals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Client Development:
    Sourcing, building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with sales strategies and company goals.
  • Market Engagement:
    Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to strengthen brand presence and develop opportunities.
  • Client Ownership:
    Manage a portfolio of clients developed by YOU. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Guest Services to ensure a seamless client experience and support long‑term success.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role
  • Proven ability to close deals, not just manage accounts
  • Experience working with relocation companies, corporate housing, real estate, moving services, insurance, or similar industries preferred
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and an ability to approach every challenge with a solutions‑first mindset
  • Confidence with prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision
  • Competitive, self‑motivated, and accountable
