About the RoleWe’re looking for a high‑performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business within the Financial Services sector. This is a true hunter role focused on landing net‑new logos across large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees). You’ll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting through close, while engaging senior stakeholders and building strategic relationships that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high‑impact opportunity to shape go‑to‑market strategy and expand our enterprise footprint.
What You’ll Do- Drive net‑new logo acquisition across large Financial Services organizations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Engage and influence C‑level and senior stakeholders
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions
- Execute strategic account plans within target organizations
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure seamless sale‑to‑success handoff
- Provide market and competitive insights
- Proven success in a hunter‑style enterprise sales role with new logo wins
- Experience selling into large Financial Services clients (5,000+ employees)
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Background in complex B2B solutions (SaaS, HCM, compliance, etc.)
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Linked In, Zoom Info, 6sense
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $280,000 USD at 100% quota attainment
