Job Title: PLADS Sr Consult, Enrollment Platform Relations

Location: Remote, United States (continental)
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative approaches to build and maintain relationships, driving partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Manage, develop, and retain quality business relationships with premier platforms, setting annual operational and data integrity goals.
- Work closely with internal leadership to drive growth strategies with assigned vendor partnerships, including establishing and tracking metrics for financial planning and partner goal setting.
- Enhance the sales process system, support accuracy and consistency in enrollment data, and manage EOI processing and platform integrations to improve Aflac’s market position.
- Act as liaison between Aflac Group and Digital Distribution partners, supporting targeted sales volume and maximizing market potential.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for assigned partnerships, addressing enrollment processing and data exchange issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute communication, training, and marketing approaches that positively impact sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain a holistic view of Aflac offerings and competitor conditions nationally, identifying opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on key initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing industry insights, best practices, and thought leadership.
- Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates on project status, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
- Participate in key broker meetings, finalist presentations, and related meetings.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 6–8 years of demonstrated experience in account management and marketing program development, preferably with large account experience.
- Proven ability to create and implement strategies that increase market opportunities, penetration of existing accounts, and acquisition of new accounts at individual, team, regional, or national levels.
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with senior management and internal/external contacts.
- Strong relationship and people‑management skills.
- Partner‑driven with a focus on quality assurance and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative approach to strategic analysis.
- Understanding of industry trends and best practices relevant to partner management.
- Experience with external carriers or benefit administration.
- Background in life, health, and accident insurance.
Less than or equal to 10%.
CompensationSalary range: $115,000 – $150,000.
