Associate Sales Representative - Atlanta, GA - Neurosurgical

About the Role

As a Neurosurgical Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Neurosurgical products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.

You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As an Associate Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

• Promote and sell Stryker Neurosurgical products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
• Provide on‑site product support, troubleshoot issues, and educate healthcare professionals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 1‑2 years of medical sales or B2B experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time, projects, and stress.
• Capacity to prioritize work, maintain detailed records, and work independently.
• Upholds unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive environment.

• Approximately 20% travel required.
• Physical work includes exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Requires coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement, visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention.
• Must be able to work in a high‑energy environment and adapt to changing customer needs.

• $70,000 base salary, with eligibility for a bonus.
