About the Role
Quality Craftsmen is a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeling company specializing in stylish, affordable, and low‑maintenance bath solutions. We help homeowners create beautiful and functional spaces, including accessibility‑focused options, while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.
This is a full‑time outside sales position where you will meet with pre‑qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. Our team handles marketing and qualification, allowing you to focus on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
From order processing to post‑sale support, our team is here to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Conduct in‑home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad‑based sales system.
- Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners and understand their remodeling needs.
- Design customized bath solutions using our software.
- Present pricing and financing options.
- Close sales and achieve performance goals.
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Previous in‑home sales experience preferred.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus.
- $100,000+ first‑year earning potential for successful team members.
