Job Summary

Retail Technical Sales Consultant. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advising and influencing their strategic decisions, and tackling unique customer issues. The role collaborates with internal teams on account planning, sales strategy, and solution customization while mentoring junior team members. The role navigates technical customer challenges and works towards customer satisfaction and the organization’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges and align with the organization's long‑term goals.
  • Foster deep and strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and engage with executive‑level customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization's solutions in alignment with the customers’ business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high‑profile customers, coordinating with sales teams to ensure long‑term customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Lead the design and implementation of highly intricate integrations with third‑party solutions, showcasing the organization's ability to seamlessly connect diverse technologies.
  • Tackle intricate technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem‑solving skills, demonstrating an ability to handle complex scenarios.
  • Lead or contribute to high‑impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience.
  • Identify potential risks associated with complex solutions and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Organize innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth, sharing deep product and domain expertise, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Education & Experience

    Recommended qualifications:

    • Four‑year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
    • Typically has 7‑10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.

    Compensation

    On‑target earnings (OTE) range: $ – $ annually with an 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. Additional opportunities for bonuses and/or equity may apply to United States candidates only. Pay varies by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
