Part‑time Retail Sales Associate – Walmart – Columbus, GA 31903 – Immediate hire with paid training.

• Engage customers in the wireless services section of Walmart.
• Educate consumers on post‑paid and pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover customer desires, overcome objections, and build professional relationships.
• Welcome customers, politely offer solutions, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Average part‑time earnings of $600–$800 weekly.
• Paid training course with base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Daily Pay next‑day on‑demand pay.
• Base pay raise opportunity every six months.
