Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets for assigned territory, focusing on Superficial Venous Interventions (SVI) products.
Prospect and manage relationships with General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and other MDs who treat venous disease.
Identify opportunities within current and new customer bases; design and implement strategies to increase account penetration and therapy adoption of Vena Seal and Closure System products.
Leverage TAP programs and CVG collaboration to expand business and maximize product portfolio performance.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity; provide sales management with timely intelligence and recommendations.
Maintain optimal coverage of all accounts, ensuring efficient territory management and expense control in accordance with company policies.
Establish and sustain productive relationships with key decision makers and support staff; negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve strong average selling prices.
Plan and deliver effective sales/product presentations; educate customers on product features and use; address objections and close business.
Represent the company at industry conferences; generate sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote product range.
Provide customer service: educate users, respond to requests promptly, and resolve complaints in a compliant, ethical manner.
Collaborate with internal functions (marketing, finance, operations) to meet inventory, service, and other operational targets.
Maintain comprehensive technical and clinical knowledge; participate in product training and stay current on reimbursement landscape.
Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 7 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience.
- Minimum 4 years selling medical device or medical capital equipment.
- Experience in medical device, capital equipment, surgical sales, or pharmaceuticals.
- Degree in biological science or business preferred.
- Ability to meet hospital vendor compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Computer and technology savvy (e.g., iPad, Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekend commitments.
- Top 10% past performance or President’s Club recognition.
Frequent travel to customer sites; independent mobility required; occasional on‑call time; ability to drive 80% of the time with a valid driver’s license; ability to transport equipment and spend 8+ hours per day standing, walking, or sitting.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary USD 90,000 (excl. Puerto Rico, specific California locations). Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) that rewards achievement of sales goals.
