About the role
Sales Executive for a confinement and postnatal care centre. You will promote and sell confinement packages and postnatal services to expecting parents, handle client enquiries, conduct centre tours, and build strong relationships with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key responsibilities- Promote and sell confinement packages and postnatal services to expecting parents
- Handle enquiries via phone, Whats App, and walk-ins
- Conduct centre tours and explain services with professionalism and care
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client experience
- Experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused personality
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in English/Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
