- Share feedback and recruitment results with the team to help us grow
- Occasionally represent Centricity at local community events to raise awareness of clinical trials
- Jump in and support the broader research or recruitment team as needed
- You enjoy connecting with people and building rapport over the phone, email, or video, making others feel heard, informed, and supported, even from a distance
- Are highly organized and like keeping track of conversations, timelines, and follow-ups
- Have a natural curiosity about healthcare, research, or how things work behind the scenes in medicine
- Like working on a team, jumping in to help others, and being part of something meaningful
- Are flexible and proactive - if you see something that needs doing, you do it
