Compensation

Hourly rate: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation is available through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
