Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for hardworking and service-minded individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. In this entry‑level role, you’ll help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. This is a hands‑on position that offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long‑term career growth in the property damage restoration industry.

• Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service.
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Document work performed using company technology and software.
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces.
• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment.
