As a Water Damage Restoration Technician
, you'll respond to residential and commercial water losses and help return properties to safe, dry conditions.

This is hands-on, physical work
, done as part of a team, with proper equipment and clear direction.

• Perform water extraction, controlled demolition, and cleanup
• Set, monitor, and remove drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
• Take moisture readings and assist with drying documentation
• Protect unaffected areas and customer property
• Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment and vehicles
• Keep job sites clean, professional, and safe

You are not expected to know everything on day one. We train the right people.

• Full-time hours with overtime opportunities
• On-call rotation required
• Some nights and weekends (this is emergency response work)
• Local travel only - home most nights

• IICRC certifications (or willingness to earn them)
• Comfort using basic tools and equipment
