Independent Tile Installation Subcontractors Wanted (Per-Job Work) The Grout Medic of Chattahoochee Valley

(Serving Columbus, GA & Phenix City, AL and surrounding areas)

The Grout Medic of Chattahoochee Valley is seeking experienced, independent tile installation subcontractors to handle full tile installation and remodel projects on a per-job basis.

This is NOT an employee position. 1099 subcontractors only.

We subcontract all full tile installation projects while focusing on our core grout and tile restoration services.

• Demo of existing tile and substrates
• Removal and legal disposal of all debris
• Tile installation (floors, walls, showers)
• Tub and shower surrounds
• Durock / cement board installation
• Schluter systems (Ditra, Kerdi, Kerdi pans, waterproofing)
• Mud pans / custom shower pans
• Tile layout, cutting, setting, and finishing
• Light plumbing related to tile installs (valves, drains, fixtures)
• Vanity installation
• Shower door installation
• Jobsite protection and full cleanup

• Operate as a true independent subcontractor (1099)
• General Liability Insurance
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance (if required by law for your operation)
• Proven residential tile installation experience
• Strong knowledge of Schluter and waterproofing systems
• Ability to demo and legally dispose of debris
• Provide your own tools, equipment, and labor
• Unbranded vehicle required (no competing logos)
• Must honor a standard workmanship warranty
• Must speak and read English
• Reliable, professional, and schedule-driven
