Concrete Form Carpenter; Formwork Specialist

We’re hiring a Concrete Form Carpenter to build, set, and strip concrete forms for slabs, walls, footings, curbs, and other structural pours. You’ll work with a crew to layout forms, ensure line/grade, and support a safe, efficient pour.

• Build and install concrete forms using wood and/or modular form systems (as applicable)
• Read basic plans/measurements and perform layout for formwork (lines, elevations, dimensions)
• Set forms to correct line, grade, and square
  ; brace and stake securely
• Install block-outs, bulkheads, keyways, embeds, sleeves, and anchor bolt templates as needed
• Coordinate with finishers and pour crew before/during placement to maintain form integrity
• Strip/remove forms after cure; clean, stack, and maintain form materials
• Use hand and power tools safely (saws, drills, nail guns, levels/lasers, etc.)
• Maintain a clean jobsite and follow all safety requirements (PPE, fall protection, trench/pour safety)

• Proven experience as a concrete form carpenter / form setter
• Solid measuring, layout, and carpentry skills (cutting, fastening, bracing)
• Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Safety-first mindset; able to follow direction and work as part of a crew

• Experience with walls, elevated decks, ramps, stairs, curbs/gutters
• Familiarity with Simpson/Peri/Doka/Symons or other modular form systems
• Ability to shoot grade with laser/level; basic blueprint reading
• OSHA-10 or similar safety training
