We’re hiring experienced Field Service Technicians to support mining and heavy equipment operations across a range of sites and fleets.

You’ll work independently in your own fully equipped service truck, backed by a team that understands field work because most of us have done it ourselves.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work directly in the field diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, and engine faults
• Performing inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance
• Removing, installing, and rebuilding major components
• Completing breakdown repairs and getting machines back into production
• Testing and verifying machine performance after repairs
• Completing service reports and documenting work completed
• Communicating with supervisors and site teams on job progress

This is a hands‑on role for mechanics who enjoy problem solving, variety, and working without someone constantly looking over their shoulder.

We’re looking for technicians who are confident working independently and comfortable in demanding field environments.

• 3+ years working on heavy mobile equipment
• Field service or mine site experience
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on mining, construction, or large earthmoving equipment
• Experience with brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, Sandvik, Epiroc, etc.

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel for field work, including overnight stays

• No shared trucks: your truck, set up your way
• Work across multiple fleets, sites, and equipment brands
• Build experience on large mining and heavy equipment
