Bathroom Remodeler; gut installers

We are seeking Bathroom Remodel Installers, executing on our quality craftsmanship at each job. Our install teams leave the lasting impression that determines our success. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.

• Perform full bathroom remodels including demolition (gutting bathrooms as needed)
• Remove and dispose of existing tubs, showers, vanities, flooring, and fixtures
• Install shower pans, waterproofing systems, tile, vanities, and fixtures
• Prepare surfaces including subfloors, walls, and backer board for proper installation
• Read and understand project scope, plans, and job files prior to arrival
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project
• Properly handle and maintain tools, equipment, and company materials
• Communicate professionally with customers in their homes
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes
• Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every project
• Travel to various job sites throughout the week

• 3+ years of bathroom remodeling or similar construction experience
• Experience with demolition, framing (light), tile installation, and plumbing fixture installation
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and shower pan installation required
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and perform basic math calculations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to crouch, kneel, stand, and work in tight spaces for extended periods
• Must be trustworthy and comfortable working in customers' homes
• Must have Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) with the following minimums
  • $100k bodily injury minimum
  • $1M property damage minimum
  • Workers Comp
  • If hired, must have FCI listed as additional Insured
