At Energy Savers, we don’t just install HVAC systems—we deliver comfort, efficiency, and reliability to every customer we serve. We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a high-performing team.

• Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions
• Replace and retrofit existing systems with a focus on energy efficiency and performance
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Test systems for proper operation and troubleshoot as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time and at a high level of quality

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
